If you are found to have engaged in any fraudulent activity, Saudibed.com reserves the right to seek any necessary criminal and/or civil legal action, and you may be held liable for monetary losses to the website or app, including litigation costs and damages.

Accommodations Booking Terms

This section contains the terms and conditions that apply to Accommodations products and services.

The website and app of Saudibed.com only display hotels & accommodations that have a commercial relationship with us, not all their products or services.
The information about the rooms, amenities, prices and availability on our website and app is based on the information provided by the hotels and properties. It is solely the responsibility of the Accommodations to ensure that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
Saudibed.com work to ensure that the information displayed on the website is accurate, complete, and up to date. We cannot guarantee that it will always be accurate and complete, as prices and other factors are subject to change and availability.
As soon as you book a hotel through the Saudibed.com on our website or app, you agree to the stated price as well as the website’s terms and conditions.
Soon after you’ve booked your hotel or room, Saudibed.com will provide you and the service provider (accommodation) with details of your booking, including the names of the guest.
Saudibed.com will send a confirmation email with the voucher details (for prepaid accommodations) to the email address used to make the booking.

You will be charged in the local currency of the country in which the web or app is selected. Any currency other than the local currency of the point of sale is only for display purposes. Prices for travel services are dynamic and subject to change at any time. Price changes will not affect bookings that have already been made. unless there is an obvious error.
If there is an obvious error and you have made a booking, Saudibed.com will offer you the option of keeping your booking by paying the correct amount, or we will cancel your booking without penalty.
We are under no obligation to provide you with a travel service at an incorrect price,even if you have received a booking confirmation if the error should have been obvious to you.
Saudibed.com reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on our part.

Taxes or VAT

Taxes or tax recovery charges may be included in the prices displayed on our website or app. Such taxes or tax recovery charges may include amounts associated with value-added tax, goods, and services tax, sales tax, occupancy tax, and other similar taxes.

Saudibed.com My Wallet is a simple way to redeem points on hotel and other services bookings.
Saudibed.com My Wallet acts as a virtual storage for your points that you can use to pay for future bookings fully or partially.
Saudibed.com My Wallet is neither a bank account nor any kind of payment instrument. The points in your wallet can be used to pay for future bookings.
Saudibed.com adds earn points to your wallet, these points are associated with your account.
Saudibed.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or cancel this program.
Saudibed.com is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, misuse, or unauthorized access that occurs because of earning or redeeming Reward points or any action or decision you make.
